解决高温强化瓷釉面针孔缺陷的研究 被引量:4

STUDY ON TROUBLESHOOTING GLAZE PINHOLING IN HIGH TEMPERATURE REINFORCED PORCELAIN

摘要 高温强化瓷的釉料配制不同于普通高温长石质瓷,即采用废瓷粉配料;在配方中多用熟料、少用生料;用硅灰石替代方解石;采用优质长石配料;在保证釉料良好高温流动性的前提下,通过减少熔剂总量,增加石英和废瓷粉,适当提高釉料的始熔温度,并添加少量其它原料,可有效地解决高温强化瓷釉面针孔缺陷,得到较满意的釉面质量。 Glaze formulation for high temperature reinforced porcelain is different from that of ordinary high temperature feldspathic porcelain for its use of powdered waste porcelain, its application of more grog and less raw batch, its substitution of wollastonite for calcite, and its utilization of high quality feldspathic materials. By reducing the content of fluxes and increasing the amount of quartz and powdered waste porcelain, the formulation can remarkably raise the initial melting temperature of the glaze while maintaining its good fluidity at high temperature. With the addition of small amounts of other materials, it can achieve desirable glazing surface and effectively resolve glaze pinholing in high temperature reinforced porcelain.
