摘要
在当前金融危机形势下,企业的竞争不断加剧,提高企业的凝聚力,建立有效的激励机制,树立价值管理理念,以经济增加值最大化为企业目标,成为地方煤炭企业的发展的重要课题之一。因此,本文从激励相关概念着手,分析地方煤炭企业激励机制存在的不足,探讨引入经济增加值(EVA)激励机制的作用,提出解决问题的对策及引入EVA的优势。
In the current financial crisis,the competitiveness between-enterprises is increasing, so it is essential for the enterprises to enhance cohesion, estahlish an effective incentive mechanism, and set up the concept of value- oriented management in order to maximize economic benefits for the enterprises. Therefore, this article starts from the incentive - related concepts and then analyzes the existing weak points in the local coal enterprises' inadequate incentive mechanism. The advantages and functions of Economic Value Added (EVA) are explored and the solutions to the current problems are provided.
