摘要
为了解决高速长距离通信技术中的衰减、抗干扰及误码等技术问题,设计了基于CD22103和CD4052等集成芯片的HDB3码型变换电路。首先,利用专用集成芯片CD22103完成AMI/HDB3编译码功能,然后将输出的信号通过CD4052实现单-双极性信号的变化,在对AMI/HDB3码进行译码之前,采用整流电路将信号经双/单极性变换得到相应的正极性信号和负极性信号再送译码芯片。HDB3码型变换电路很好的完成了NRZ码和HDB3码相互转换,利用HDB3码型传输克服了以往AMI码型传输的缺点,实验测出输出信号波形、频谱符合理论要求,满足了实际的通信系统传输要求。
In order to solve the problem such as mistake yard, interference rejection and the attenuation in the high speed communication of long distance, this paper has designed the HDB3 pattern of sling - load based on the integrated chips CD22103 and CD4052 to alternate circuit. HDB3 pattern of sling - load ahernates circuit have completed NRZ yard and the HDB3 yard very well, shortcoming that changes mutually and has surmounted the before AMI transmission of pattern of sling - load using the HDB3 transmission of pattern of sling - load, test to measure export signal wavefonn and frequency spectra according to theoretical requirement, the communication system has satisfied reality transmits requirement.
