摘要
目的:探讨有机合成川芎哚的方法。方法:以糠醇、色氨酸为原料(路线1)和以糠醇、色胺为原料(路线2)两种途径,经多步反应合成川芎哚。结果:路线1制备川芎哚的终产率为7%,其结构经UV,IR,MS和NMR确证;路线2制备川芎哚的终产率为12%,其结构经MS,UV确证。结论:两种合成路线都适于合成川芎哚,但路线2的产率高于路线1。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate bioactive polysaccharides from Panax quinquefolium L. and determine its sugar composition, uronic acid content, molecular weight and biological activities. METHODS: Sephadex DEAE A50 and Sephadex G100 chromatography were used. The sugar composition was analyzed by gas chromatography. The molecular weight was determined by matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometer (MALDIMS). RESULTS: Isolated PPQ52 was composed of Darabinose and Dgalactose in a molar ratio of 1∶1.1. It contained uronic acid. The average molecular weight was 21 000 Dalton. It stimulated the transformation of lymphocyte and induced the production of IL2. CONCLUSION: Immunologically active ploysaccharide could be obtained from Panax quinquefolium L.
