摘要
在分析了船舶及锅炉压力容器等焊接生产制造企业焊接工艺评定流程的基础上,确定了系统的实际需求;运用软件工程中的UML(统一建模语言)及面向对象建模方法对系统进行了详细分析与设计;参照多种成熟商业软件的设计,确定了系统的设计方案;最终建立了Client/Server模式的焊接工艺评定管理系统。焊接工艺人员在登录系统后,可以管理、查询和打印各种工艺文件,完成从焊接工艺评定必要性判断到编制焊接工艺指导书、工艺评定报告、焊接工艺规程、接头焊接工艺卡以及各种试验报告的所有工作,而且通过系统提供的数据向导,实现焊接工艺指导书与工艺评定报告以及工艺规程之间的数据的导入与导出,能够更加快捷地完成工艺评定工作。这与实际焊接工艺评定的一般流程完全相符,很好地显示了系统的实用性。
The process of welding procedure qualification in manufacturing industry such as shipbuilding and boiler pressure vessels were summarized and the requirements for the data base management system were acquired.By using the Unified Modeling Language (UNL) analysis method in the software engineering,the detailed design and implementation procedure for the system were made.Analyzed the features of present mature software,the system was built accordingly.Finally,the system was developed based on Client/Server (C/S) structure.When a welding engineer has logged on,who can manage,query and print all kinds of welding procedure documents.Besides,he/she can finish most of the routine work for welding procedure qualification such as judgment of the necessity of procedure qualification tests,edit of welding procedure qualification guidelines,welding procedure qualification records (PQRs),welding procedure specification (WPS),welding procedure card and other test reports.Furthermore,he/she can quickly finish welding procedure qualification task by copying and transiting the records from PQRD to PQR and from PQR to WPS through the data import and export guides provided by the system.Above all,the whole process for preparing documents of welding procedure qualification accords well with practical task,which obviously approves the practicability of the system.
