核电站流量仪表管线隔离阀门密封焊泄漏原因分析 被引量:4

摘要 综合分析了某核电站流量仪表管线隔离阀门密封焊泄漏的原因。结果表明,在阀体与阀轭接合面间隙较大的部位,焊缝金属承受了较大的焊接应力以及内部介质的压力,是密封焊缝开裂的主要原因,焊缝中出现的严重的未熔合缺陷促进了开裂的发生。在此基础上提出了改进措施。 The reasons for the leakage of the seal weld in pressure/flux shielding valve used in nuclear power station were investigated.The result indicates that the relatively higher welding stress and inner medium pressure imposed on weld metal in the interface with a wider gap between the valve and yoke were the most important reasons for the crack occurrence.The serious lack of fusion in the welded joint offers the convenience for the crack initiation and growth.Based on the investigation,the reasonable improvements were proposed.
