焊条电弧焊对2205双相不锈钢焊接接头综合性能影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用焊条电弧焊焊接工艺方法焊接2205双相不锈钢,研究了焊条电弧焊对2205双相不锈钢焊接接头组织及力学性能的影响,同时研究了E2209焊条熔敷金属的抗腐蚀性能。研究结果表明:E2209焊条熔敷金属具有优良的抗腐蚀性能;采用适当的焊接热输入,可获得具有合理相比例并且力学性能优良的接头。 Duplex stainless steels play an important industrial role in the world,which will gradually replace the austenitic steels because of their improved mechanical properties and higher corrosion resistance.In this paper,Shielded Metal Are Welding (SMAW) process was used to study the weldability of 2205 duplex stainless steel.The influence of SMAW process on the mierostructure and the mechanical properties of welded joint were studied by optical microscope and mechanical properties test.The corrosion resistance of deposited metal of E2209 electrode was studied by corrosion test.The results showed that the deposited metal of E2209 electrode has excellent eorrosion resistance.The welded joint with the suitable phases such as austenite and ferrite can be obtained under the proper heat input,and it has good mechanical properties.
