摘要
为提高肾癌骨转移患者的临床诊治效果，收集４例肾癌骨转移患者资料，就其临床特点、病理资料及治疗效果进行分析。结果：４例中除１例经综合治疗长期存活外，其余３例术后生存时间均小于２年。结果认为：肾癌骨转移患者预后较差。
4 cases of renal cell carcinoma with bone metastasis were reported,the clinical manifestations,histopathological features and treatment being discussed.3 of the patients survived less than 2 years, while longterm survival has been achieved in one.The prognosis of renal cell carcioma with bone metastasis is poor.Early diagnosis and systematic treatment are mandatory.
