摘要
通过整理近期文献中卒中后吞咽困难针刺与康复的治疗方法、机制和效果,认为针刺与康复结合治疗法应该是目前卒中后假性球麻痹的吞咽障碍患者治疗的最佳方案,对患者减少致残率、提高生存质量具有较好的作用。
Recent literature of acupuncture treatment and rehabilitation of post-stroke dysphagia were analysed. Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation is the best treatment of dysphagia following post-stroke pseudobulbar,which paly an important role in reducing disability and improving the quality of life for patients with dysphagia.
