摘要
目的：研究提高断掌再植成活率与功能康复的最佳方法。方法：至１９９６年４月行断手再植４１４０例，其中断掌再植４５４例，对８２例断掌再植采用彻底清创、精确无误地吻合血管、果断处理血管危象，同时术前、术中、术后进行系统全程康复治疗并行长期随访观察。结果：断掌再植成活率达９６．３％，手指感觉及运动恢复满意。结论：精确无误地吻合血管是提高断掌再植成活率的关键，全程康复治疗是功能恢复的最佳方法。
Objective:To study the best method in raising the survival rate of the replantation of severed palm and functional recovery Methods:Up to Apr1996,4 140 cases of replantation of severed hand been operated,454 cases of replantation of severed palm were among them,82 cases of severed palm were carefully treated by debriding thoroughly,anastomosing blood vessels precisly and diposaling crisis of blood vessels timelySimultaneously,we carried out systematic recovering treatment in whole course of preoperation,interoperation and postoperation, 82 cases had been followed up for a long timeResults:The survival rate of replantation of severed palm was 963 percentSensation and motion of the fingers recovered satisfactorilyConclusion:Recovering treatment in whole course is the best method of functional recovery
