炭罐预处理方法对摩托车燃油蒸发排放测试结果的影响分析

摘要 炭罐作为燃油蒸发排放的主要控制部件,对蒸发排放测试起着至关重要的作用,如何使试验中的炭罐状态尽可能一致,是保证蒸发排放试验科学准确的必要条件。不同的炭罐吸附状态对摩托车蒸发排放测试结果有明显影响;炭罐老化过程需根据实际情况,对老化次数有所增加;丁烷作为炭罐吸附介质远优于汽油,建议以丁烷作为炭罐预处理及性能试验的吸附介质;环境湿度对炭罐预处理结果影响较大,应注意测试中环境条件的控制。 Canister as a key controlling unit of evaporative emission is extremely important to evaporative emission test. How to make the state of the canister remaining unchanged in the test is a necessary condition to ensure the evaporative emission test. The adsorption of different canisters has a different influence upon the evaporative emission test result of motorcycles. The ageing process of the canister may according to the actual condition lead to the increasement of the times of ageing. Butane as an adsorption medium of canister is much better than gasoline. It is suggested that butane should be used as an adsorption medium for canister pretreatment and performance tests. The ambient temperature may influence greatly the pretreatment result of the canister, so the ambient condition should be controlled carefully.
