摘要
试验旨在研究在生长猪日粮中用棉籽蛋白粉替代豆粕对PIC生长猪血液生化指标的影响,为棉籽蛋白粉的合理使用提供理论依据.结果表明:试验猪相关血液生化指标大多处在正常范围内,且大多数血清生化指标差异不明显(p>0.05),说明棉籽蛋白粉对试验猪是安全可靠的,从而初步确定了棉籽蛋白粉的安全使用范围.
This experiment was designed to study the influence of replacing soybean meal with cottonseed gluten meal in the feedstuff of PIC growing pigs on its blood biochemical parameters . The results suggested that most blood bioehemieal parameters of the growing pigs were in normal range and had little change among groups （p〉0.05）. The above results suggested that replacing soybean meal with cottonseed gluten meal in the PIC growing pig＇s feedstuff may be feasible for production practice, thereby determining the safe use range of cottonseed gluten meal.
