摘要
目的:回顾分析中西医结合法治疗顽固性跟痛症的临床疗效。方法:自2003～2008年采用药物局部注射、中草药煎汤外洗、局部理疗、针灸治疗、配合服用活血药物等中西医结合的方法,治疗顽固性跟痛症患者61例。结果:经治疗1疗程内症状体征消失25例,2疗程内症状消失28例,3疗程内症状消失7例。治愈时间最短7d,最长32d,平均18d。经随访半年无复发病例。结论:中西医结合法治疗顽固性跟痛症长期临床效果满意。
Objective： Retrospective analysis of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of intractable pain with clinical efficacy. Methods ： From 2003 - 2008, I Bureau of local injection of drugs, Chinese herbal wash water, and local physical therapy, acupuncture point selection treatment, with the use of drugs, such as promoting blood circulation method of traditional Chinese and western medicine, the treatment of refractory pain in patients with 61 cases. The results were treated with a course of 25 cases of the disappearance of symptoms and signs, symptoms disappeared within two courses of treatment in 28 eases, three treatments with seven cases the symptoms disappeared. Cured 7 days, the shortest and the longest 32 days, an average of 18 days. No recurrence after six months follow - up cases. Conclusions ： Treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine with intractable pain and comprehensive treatment, and long- term clinical results were satisfactory.
