摘要
目的：分析了国产榧属植物种子油含量及其脂肪酸组成。方法：用重量法和ＧＣ法分别测定油含量和脂肪酸组成。结果：种子油含量在４２６％～５４３９％；脂肪酸组成以亚油酸和油酸为主；不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的７６１％～８２０％；饱和脂肪酸以山俞酸和棕榈酸为主。结论：榧属植物种子油属优质植物油，含量较高的山俞酸为特征性成分。
Objective:To analyze the oil contents and fatty acid composition in the seeds of Torrreya in China.Method:The contents and composition were determined by gravimetric analysis and GC respectively.Result:The oil contents in the seeds were 4267%～5439%.Among the fatty acids,linoleic acid and oleic acid were dominant.The unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 761%～820% of the whole fatty acids, and the major saturated fatty acids were behenic acid and palmitic acid. Conclusion:The oil in the seeds of Torreya is of highquality,and the higher contents of bdhenic acid are characteristic for the oil.The development and utilization values of the seed oil in Torreya are evaluated.
