摘要
用4种胶园土壤进行温室盆栽试验,研究4种土壤条件下不同施氮水平对橡胶苗根系生长的影响。结果表明:在不同母质土壤不同氮水平下,橡胶苗根系适应性存在着显著差异。在一定施氮量(≤30g/盆)条件下,侧根长度、表面积、直径、体积与干重随施氮量增加显著增加;高氮(60g/盆)条件下,侧根长度减少,根系变短变细,根重降低。这说明,在低氮条件下能刺激根系的生长发育,高氮条件抑制根系的大量发生。
Seedlings of rubber trees (Hevea brasiliensis) were pot cultured under 4 types of soils derived from different parent materials and applied with different levels of nitrogen to observe their root growth. The results indicated that different soils and different nitrogen levels had significant effects on adaptability of the root system of rubber seedlings. At the low application level of nitrogen (≤30 g/pot), the lateral roots increased remarkably in terms of length, surface area, diameter, volume and dry weight; at the high level of nitrogen (60 g/pot), the lateral roots were reduced in length, the root system became shorter and smaller, and the root dry weight decreased. This indicates that the low level of nitrogen can stimulate the root growth, while the high level of nitrogen can restrain the root growth.
