摘要
教育资源是指蕴涵了特定的教育信息,能创造出一定教育价值的各类资源的总称,包含人力资源、资金资源、技术资源等等,是一种高度稀缺的公共资源,其配置状况直接关系到经济社会的全面发展。经过多年的努力,我国在教育资源配置方面已经取得了显著成就,资源供给规模不断增加、配置效率不断改善,但是仍不能满足经济社会发展的现实需要,必须进一步创新教育资源优化配置的方式,提高教育资源配置的效率。我国教育资源的区域差异非常明显,面面俱到的分析比较困难,因而我们选择南京市这样一个教育资源比较丰富的地区作为切入点,所探讨的问题和经验将会具有一定的代表性和借鉴意义。
Educational resources indicate all the resources that contain specific educational information and can create certain educational value,including human resources,financial resources,technical resources,etc.It is a highly scarce public resource,whose allocation situation is directly related to economic and social development.After years of effort,with the increasing scale of resource supply and continuous improvement of allocation efficiency,remarkable achievements have been made in terms of allocation of educational resources in our country.But it still can not meet the realistic need of economic and social development.We must further innovate the ways to optimize allocation of educational resources and improve the efficiency of educational resources allocation.Since the regional diversity of educational resources in China is very obvious,it is very difficult to analyze every aspect of the matter.So we just choose Nanjing,a city rich in educational resources,as the starting point.The discussion and experience will have a certain degree of representational and reference.
