摘要
高校毕业生就业工作在目前国际金融危的背景下,日益成为社会关注的最为重要的民生问题之一。造成当前大学生就业难问题的成因,在于政府、用人方、高等学校和大学毕业生四个方面未能履行好各自职责。构建"政府主导,四方参与"的大学生就业体系在现阶段不但是必须的,也是可行的。
In present international financial crisis,the employment of college graduates is becoming one of the most important questions focused by society.The underlying cause is that the government,employment units,colleges and college graduates don't perform their duties well.Now it is not only necessary but also possible to construct college graduates' employment system under the government guidance and four parts participation.
