摘要
做好大学生就业工作,事关大学生的成长成才,事关人才强国的百年大计,事关改革发展稳定的大局。特别是在金融危机下,大学生就业工作的地位更显重要。结合工作实际,对毕业生的择业意向进行了全面的调研和分析,总结出地方高校做好毕业生就业工作的几点建议。
Management of employment guidance is crucial to the individual development, implementing the strategy of building up the strength of our country with young talents, and to stabilizing our political situation, especially when it＇ s affected by the financial crisis. After having surveyed ＆ anaylsed the the intention of career development of the graduates, taking the students graduating in 2009 from Dongguan University of Technology for instance, based on the practical experience, the author reaches a conclusion and puts forward suggestions for career guidance for graduates from local colleges.
