摘要
目的观察体外射频热疗仪治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CAP)和前列腺痛(PD)的疗效。方法采用体外射频热疗仪治疗NPB和PB患者,射频热疗仪工作频率为433 MHz,治疗温度为47℃,每次治疗时间为30 m in,1次/d,连续治疗5次为1个疗程。一般治疗2个疗程,最多4个疗程。结果本组215例患者,显效139例(占64.7%);有效58例(占27.0%);无效18例(8.3%),总有效率为91.7%。结论体外射频热疗仪治疗NPB和PD安全,疗效好,患者无痛苦及无任何不适感。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of extracorporeal radiofequency hyperthermia for patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis（ CAP）and prostatodynia（PD）. Methods Extracorporeal radiofequency hyperthermia therapy with 433 MHz working frequency and 47 degrees centigrade was designed for 30 minutes each time once a day. Every 5 days were a course of treatment. Generally, the patiens received two course of treatment,no more than four courses of treatment. Results In the 215 patients, 139 improved significantly, account for 64.7% ; 58 improved, account for 27.0% ; and 18 had no effect, account for 8.3 %. The total effective rate was 91.7%. Conclusion Extracorporeal radiofequency hyperthennia was a safe and effective method for patients with CAP or PD,and bringed no discomfortableness and pain to them.
