摘要
目的分析基层医院根管治疗失败的原因,以进一步提高根管治疗成功率。方法回顾161例(174颗牙)根管治疗失败病例资料,根据症状、体征和辅助检查分析治疗失败与充填程度的关系。结果161例(174颗牙)失败病例发生原因为:欠充106例(116颗牙),超充21例(22颗牙),遗漏根管22例(24颗牙),冠折、冠部充填物松动或脱落等12例(12颗牙);根管治疗失败最多的牙位为磨牙74例(80颗),其次为前磨牙52例(56颗)和前牙35例(38颗)。结论根管治疗失败的主要原因是技术操作欠妥造成根管内再次感染。认真仔细地操作,有助于避免根管治疗失败。
Objective To analyze the causes of the failure of the root canal therapy in basic hospital and to improve the success rate. Methods A retrospective study was made on basis of 161 cases （ 174 teeth） with failure of root canals. The causes related to failure was analyzed as well as filling degree according to the symptom, signs, and examination. Results The causes of failure of the 161 cases （ 174 teeth） were as follows：less filling in 106 cases （ 116 teeth） ,super-charge in 21 cases （22 teeth） ,missing root canal in 22 cases （24 teeth）, crown fracture, crown fell off or loose-fill, and other in 12 cases （12 teeth ）. The failure of root canal treatment were most common in molar teeth （74 cases,80 teeth） ,followed by premolars （52 cases ,56 teeth） and anterior （35 cases ,38 teeth）. Conclusion The main reason of failure of root canal treatment is reinfection of the root caused by the technical failure daring the previous operations. The operation should be carried out conscientiously and carefully to avoid root canal treatment failure.
