摘要 目的证实血清胱抑素C是反映肾功能损伤的早期敏感指标。方法用颗粒增强散射免疫比浊法检测胱抑素C的浓度,同时检测血清肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐清除率。结果125例肾脏疾病患者根据肌酐清除率的范围不同分成的4组中,血清胱抑素C异常检出率为56.52%、77.61%、100.00%和100.00%。结论胱抑素C在肾病患者肾功能不同损害期均能准确反映肾小球滤过功能,尤其能敏感提示早期肾功能损害,可成为判断肾功能损害程度的敏感指标。 Objective This paper further confirmed that serum cystatin C as a early sensitive indicator to reflect impaired renal function. Methods Use particle reinforced nephelometric immunoassay to detection the concentration of serum cystatin C, at the same time to detection serum creatinine( Scr), blood urea nitrogen( BUN), creatinine clearance rate (Ccr). Results 125 cases of patients with kidney disease according to the scope of Ccr divided into four different groups, serum cystatin C anomaly detection rate is 56. 52% ,77.61% ,100% and 100%. Conclusion Serum cystatin C can reflect accurately the glomerular filtration function to patients with kidney disease in the different period of renal damage, in particular, it can to prompt sensitive early renal damage, and it can become the sensitive indicators to determine the extent of rehal damage.
