麻醉与围术期脑电监护的相互影响

摘要 围术期的脑电监测与多种麻醉药之间相关,因手术刺激而变化,能反映患者围术期的意识状态、镇静程度、应激反应水平等变化,有助于指导围术期麻醉用药,脑电监测在研究患者围术期功能状态变化上有重要作用,但目前常用的脑电监测有一定局限性。本文旨在对脑电图监护与麻醉的相互关系以及围术期应用予以综述。 Perioperative EEG monitoring and the correlation between a variety of anesthetics, due to surgery to stimulate change, to reflect the perioperative period in patients with a sense of status, the degree of sedation, changes in the level of stress, help to guide perioperative anesthesia medication, EEG monitoring in the perioperative period in patients with functional status plays an important role in change, but often have some of the limitations of EEG monitoring. This article reviewed about EEG monitoring and the relationship between anesthesia and perioperative application.
