摘要 目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者在住院期间的健康饮食教育。方法对136例急性心肌梗死患者在急性期、亚急性期、康复期的饮食进行正确指导。结果 136例AMI患者基本掌握正确饮食,自觉遵守饮食原则,积极配合治疗。结论实施健康饮食指导,使AMI患者在住院期间,并发症减少,病死率降低,预后较传统疗法疗效显著。 Objective To explore the healthy diet instruction on patients hospitalized with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods To give the correct diet instruction to 136 cases of patients with AMI in acute, subacute, and recovery time. Results 136 cases of patients with AMI mastered the correct diet basically, obeyed the rule of eating consciously, and cooperated with therapy positively. Conclusion With the healthy diet instruction, the complications and death rate of patients hospitalized with AMI greatly reduced and the prognosis was much better than it treated with traditional therapy.
