芬太尼用于锁骨骨折术中镇痛的效果体会 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨锁骨骨折手术患者应用芬太尼静脉镇痛的临床效果及安全性。方法选择60例锁骨骨折住院手术患者并随机分为两组,用两种麻醉方法进行对比,其中对照组30例,试验组30例。对照组应用臂丛阻滞方法,试验组应用局部麻醉+强化麻醉方法即静脉镇痛法。结果试验组30例手术患者均达到Ⅰ级麻醉标准,对照组30例手术患者明显差于试验组,达到Ⅱ级标准。结论芬太尼静脉镇痛应用于锁骨骨折手术效果良好,术中无不良反应。
