左西替利嗪片联合雷尼替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察左西替利嗪片联合雷尼替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性。方法试验组给予左西替利嗪片5 mg,每日1次,同时口服雷尼替丁胶囊,每次150 mg,每日2次。对照组患者仅给予左西替利嗪片5 mg口服,每日1次。连服4周后评判疗效。结果试验组有效率为88.89%,对照组为68.75%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左西替利嗪片联合雷尼替丁胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹比仅单用左西替利嗪片疗效好,在整个临床疗效观察中不良反应少。
