摘要
作为生产与消费的重要纽带,物流在创造社会价值的同时也增加了环境负担,实现绿色物流是可持续发展的必然选择。清洁发展机制(CDM)是发达国家和发展中国家就减排温室气体进行交易的一种新型全球合作机制,旨在通过各国在技术与资源上的合作,减缓温室效应。文中介绍了绿色物流含义及其发展现状,结合CDM项目要求,探讨了绿色物流在废弃物回收利用方面与清洁发展机制的合作前景,为绿色物流的发展指出了新方向。
As the essential tie of production and consumption, logistics create much social value, meanwhile, it increase the environmental burden. Therefore, the Green Logistics is the inevitable choice of sustainable development. Clean Development Mechanism （CDM） is a new kind global cooperative mechanism aiming at reduction of greenhouse-gas emission between developed countries and developing countries. It will buffer the greenhouse effect by cooperation of all countries in technology and capital. The article introduces the meaning of Green Logistics as well as its current situation, and discusses the cooperation prospect of green logistics in waste recycling with CDM combining the requirements of project, pointing out the new direction for the development of green logistics.
