摘要
利用数值仿真方法,对某小型水电站厂房主机间底板的结构分缝形式(包括一机一缝、两机一缝、三机一缝和三机一缝设后浇带等结构形式)、过水状态、不同基础类型、浇筑计划、底板混凝土的设计龄期等进行了系统研究,在小型水电站建设的特定情况下,对影响厂房间底板混凝土的最高温度和水平约束应力进行了影响因素分析,并根据建设实际,提出了相应的温控方案,该温控方案对小型水电站建设中的底板设计与施工具有一定的参考意义.
By using numerical simulation, the systematic research is carried out about the following aspects of powerhouse as structural style, including a joint for a generating Unit, a joint for two units, a joint for 3 units, a joint for 3 units with post-constructed belt, whether to overflow, foundation type, construction plan, concrete designed-age, etc. ; under those specific circumstance of small-scale hydropower plant, the sensitivity is analyzed about peak temperature and maximum stress which have effects on the concrete of foundation slab. A temperature control scheme is given so as to offer for reference to other small hydropower plants in the future.
