摘要
北京市农村中小学教师研修工作站是北京市教委依托北京教育学院开展的一项创新型的教师培训项目。该项目将北京市远郊区县农村教师选送进入城区优质中小学校,以教育教学观摩实践为主要特征,由中小学优秀学科教师对进站教师进行教学实践指导,以提升其教学能力和整体素质,促进教师专业发展。
Learning Centre for Rural teachers in Beijing is an innovative project for teacher training conducted by Beijing Institute of Education, sponsored by Beijing Municipal Education Commission. The objective of the project is to enhance teachers＇ capability and quality by mentoring and coaching and teachers improve their practice during the process of observing and instructing. This paper first analyzes the characteristic and the impact of the project, and then inquires into its theoretical foundation. The article ends up with the limitation of the project and the way out.
