摘要
从中国南海湛江硇洲岛海绵Hyatella.Sp分离得到2种单体甾醇,经1H NMR、13CNMR、MS等现代光谱手段鉴定它们的结构分别为:3β-羟基胆甾-5,22-二烯-7-酮(1)和3β-羟基胆甾-5-烯-7酮(2)。
Two steroid compounds have been isolated from Hyatella.sp collected from the Naozhou island of China South Sea and identified as 3β-hydroxycholesta-5,22-dien-7-one（1） and 3β-hydroxycholesta-5-en-7-one （2） on the basis of spectral data.
