摘要
采用原子吸收光谱法测定乌骨羊肉的Fe,Cu和Zn的含量。该方法的加标回收率为98%—102%。结果表明:在乌骨羊肉中普遍存在Fe的含量大于Zn的含量,Zn的含量大于Cu的含量。其中Fe元素在肝脏中的含量最高,其次为心脏和肾脏;Zn元素在心脏中的含量最高,其次为颈肉;Cu元素在肝脏中的含量最高,其次为心脏。
The contents of trace elements Fe,Cu and Zn in black-bone mutton were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The recoveries obtained by standard addition method were between 98%and 102%.The contents of black-bone mutton are as follows:iron>zinc>copper.Among them,the element of ferrum in liver is highest and then in the heart and kidney;the element of Zinc in heart is highest and then in the chuck;the element of cubic in liver is highest and then in the heart.
