摘要
目的探讨射频消融治疗心房颤动(AF)相关并发症护理及临床治疗效果。方法对30例经导管射频消融治疗心房颤动患者护理措施及疗效进行分析。结果30例患者经射频消融治疗后均治愈,未见明显并发症。结论射频消融术治疗心房颤动其治愈率高,并发症较少,且良好的护理工作是治疗成功重要保障。
Objective To study the complication nursing in catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation （AF） and its clinic effect. Method To analyze clinic effect and nursing measures in 30 AF patients undergoing catheter ablation treatment. Result All of the 30 patients were cured after ablation and no serious complications were found. Conclusion Catheter ablation can treat atrial fibrillation patients successfully with high cure rate and less complications. Well and effective nursing management is one of the important factors for successful operations
