摘要
目的探讨应用介入再通术配合中药保留灌肠治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕症的疗效。方法对72例双侧输卵管梗阻的不孕症患者实施选择性双侧输卵管介入再通术,机械性疏通梗阻的输卵管后,配合应用中药制剂保留灌肠两周,促进炎症吸收和创面修复。结果72例患者术后随访6至24个月,24例自然受孕,受孕率达54.8%,较单纯介入治疗报道的30%的受孕率明显提高。结论中西医结合治疗能明显提高输卵管梗阻性不孕症患者的受孕率。
Objective To investigate the application of interventional recanalization surgery combine with later enema treatment which has Chinese medicine to cure obstructed tubal infertility. Method Use selective involvement of bilateral fallopian tube recanalization surgery on 72 patients who has bilateral tubal infarction .After we mechanically dredge the obstruction in the fallopian tube, keep using Traditional Chinese Medicine enema for two weeks to promote the absorption of inflammation and wound repair. The results of 72 cases of patients with follow-up 6-24 months, of which 38 cases of natural conception, pregnancy rate of 52.8%, representing a simple intervention in the treatment of 30% reported improved pregnancy rates.Conclusion TCM-WM treatment could significantly increase the tubal infertility inpatientswith obstructive pregnancy rate
