摘要
针对沿空巷道喷涂隔风的技术难题,提出了采用复合浆体材料进行沿空巷道喷涂隔风的技术研究。研究了复合浆体材料的最佳配方,构建了定量化、自动化、大流量的复合浆体制备系统,并在葛泉矿东井进行了大规模工业性试验。结果表明,复合浆体材料的隔风效果优越(漏风率仅为1.3%),经济、实用。
Aiming at solving the technical problem of air tight coating material for use in entries retained at gob-sides, this paper proposes to use composite grouting material to this end. In this paper, the optimal precipitation of the composite grouting material is studied. Also described is a preparation system that produces this air tight grouting material in set quantity and large production flow rate on automated basis. A large scaled industrial experiment is carried out in the East Mine of Gequan Coal Mine. The results of this experiment indicate that this air tight grouting material offers optimal air sealing property (with air leakage rate at 1.3%), good economic parameter and practicability for use. In one word, this is a right material for air leakage prevention in entries retained at gob-sides.
