摘要
在发动机装配过程中，发动机曲轴旋转力矩是一个较为关键的质量参数，如果力矩过大或过小，说明装配存在缺陷，可能造成曲轴卡死或空转对整机装配造成严重影响。研究并开发针对发动机装配中曲轴旋转力矩的实时在线测量装置，具有重要意义。
The on-line measuring device for the rotational torque of engine crankshaft was introduced. The device possesses features of flexible and automatic connection for main shaft driving, automatic recognition for various types of engines, on-line measuring and calibration. Application of the system is able to achieve lower labor intensity, improve productivity and better quality for engine assembly.
