介绍一种插管式结构主减速器总成主动齿轮安装距调整垫片测选系统的设计原则、总体构造应用相对测量原理,建立数学关系式,在线采集主减速器壳体及主动齿轮内轴承的轴向尺寸数据。
The design and structure of Salisbury axle pinion gear washer on-line testing system were introduced. The offset measuring method to establish mathematic formula was applied, the axis distance between the house and pinion gear inner bearing were collected, and the thickness of the washer was confirmed.
