摘要
罪犯在狱外住院治疗期间,由于防控措施相对薄弱,加上主观上的疏忽大意,很容易发生罪犯脱逃等监管安全事故。要从提高认识、加强管理、完善制度、改革创新等多方面着手,努力确保罪犯在狱外住院期间的监管安全。
When a criminal is in hospital treatment outside prison, for the prevention and control measure is relatively weak, in addition to the subjective carelessness, the criminal is easy to escape and then the supervision safety incidents take place. The supervision security outside the prison must be guaranteed diligently from various aspects like the thought enhancement, the management strengthening, system consummation, reform and innovation, and 80 on.
