摘要
监狱是以刑罚执行为要素的彰显监狱文化力的文化磁场。罪犯在行刑的文化磁场里,在监狱文化力的作用下,产生出独特的文化心理。文化心理是罪犯在改造与行刑过程中对监狱以文化为矫正力的意识作用与认知过程的心理反映。罪犯的文化心理通常由文化认同心理、文化需求心理和文化冲突心理组成,具有渐进性、差异性、变更性、递进性和复杂性等特征。开展对罪犯的文化心理研究,有利于科学认识罪犯的改造特性,把握罪犯的行刑轨迹,提升监狱对罪犯的矫治功能和矫正功效。
The jail is a magnetic field in which the execution is taken as the essential factor showing its culture strength. The criminal get the unique cultural psychology in execution under the jail culture strength ＇ s function in the cultural magnetic field. The cultural psychology of a criminal is usually made up of the cultural approval psy- chology, the cultural demand psychology and the cultural conflict psychology,which are composed, has the grada- tion, difference, variability, and complexity in characteristics. The research on development of criminal cultural psychology, is advantageous in understaning scientificly the criminal ＇ s transformation characteristic, grasping the criminal execution path, and promoting the jail＇s correcting function and the correction effect to the criminal
