摘要
房地产业对经济增长和国民经济持续稳定发展具有重要意义。房价上涨的速度已经超过了国民经济和居民收入增长的速度，引发了政府对房价调控的思考。以往对于房价调控的措施问题研究比较多，但是很少研究调控目标问题。本文从房地产业的宏观经济调控目标出发，谈谈对房价调控的认识。
The real estate industry for economic growth and Sustainable Development of the national economy is important. Previous price control measures for the study more, but few studies the issue of control objectives.
