摘要
等温化学气相渗透(ICVI)是制备高性能碳/碳复合材料最为重要、应用最为广泛的技术手段。本文通过研究ICVI制备单向碳/碳复合材料的致密化过程,分析了单向碳/碳复合材料致密化的特点,并对致密化均匀性问题进行了初步探索,为优化工艺、提高致密化效率,提供一定的借鉴。
Isothermal Chemical Vapor Infiltration(ICVI) is the most important approach for fabrication of carbon/carbon composites. In this paper, the densification mechanism of unidirectional carbon carbon composites by isothermal chemical vapor infiltration was studied. The character of ID material densified, along with the problem of uniformity of infiltration, was investigated preliminarily, which would offer some useful reference for optimizing process.
