摘要
目的通过对本组晚期肿瘤患者癌痛的分析,总结癌症疼痛治疗中的经验和方法。方法对340例晚期癌症患者的疼痛治疗前后的量化评估,分析癌症疼痛治疗中的问题、有效的解决方法。结论以三阶梯治疗原则为基础,联合神经、精神类药物、微创手术等方法可以提高临床疗效。
Objective To analysis the cancer pain of the palliative cancer patients and conclude the experiences and methods of the management of cancer pain. Methods To give the 340 palliative cancer patients a quantity assessment of the pain between pre-treatment and post-treatment and analysis the problems and the effective solutions in the cancer pain treatment. Conclusion According to the WHO 3-Ladder Cancer Pain Management and relating to the pericyazine medicine and micro-opcrations can improve the clinical treatment.
