摘要
在分析现代制造系统新特点的基础上,提出由过程管理与控制、信息模型与接口、系统结构3部分组成的面向现代制造的信息支持系统,说明该系统是一个信息使能系统,它针对工程应用中不同规模和应用系统范围,可以动态地配置组成与需求相适应的信息系统,在过程管理与控制下,管理制造系统内的信息活动,合理组织信息,使不同应用系统之间、应用活动与其信息之间,实现相辅相成的数据动态性交换与共享。
Based on the analysis of features about modern manufacturing systems, the paper puts forward that an in formation system orienting modern manufacturing system is composed of three parts: process management and control,information model and interface,architecture. It is discussed that the system is an enabling information system which can be adapted to the engineering requirements by configuration and combination. Under the process management and control,the in formation activities and data exchange in manufacturing can be coordinated and shared. Additionally,it is also pointed out that the ideas and techniques concerned to CIM,CE,IMS and VM in modern manufacturing systems can be supported.
