摘要
通过对绝缘电阻测试方法的分析,给出了基于MAX134芯片的测试绝缘电阻的数学模型,并在此基础上成功地研制出多路数字式绝缘电阻测试仪.经对多个被测样进行绝缘性能的检测表明,该测试仪具有测试速度快、测试精度高、显示直观等各种特征,且可对多个外部被测样绝缘性能同时进行检查.
In this paper, in the light of the analysis of testing methodologies currently available, a new mathematical model for testing insulation resistance using MAX134 chip is proposed, and a digital multi-path insulation tester is developed and implemented accordingly. It is experimentally confirmed that the tester has the merits of high speed, high precision, direct display, and the superiority of testing multi objects simultaneously.
