摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,对影响长江三角洲地区竞技体育人才投资效益的因素进行分析。结果显示:相关人员素质与利益分配、经费流向、资金保障、战略选择、人才重视程度为影响因素。提出对策:倡导"开源为先、节流为本"的体育人才培养成本观、效益观;培育有利于长江三角洲地区竞技体育人才培养的投融资机制;完善长江三角洲地区竞技体育人才培养投资监督体制;出台鼓励社会力量培养竞技体育人才的政策与措施,引导社会体育组织培养竞技体育人才,构建以市场为导向的竞技体育人才培养激励机制。
Using the research methods of literature, questioonnaire, interview etc. , it made an analysis of the factors that influenced the benefits of investment in competitive sports talents in the Yangtze Delta. At the present stage, the factors of influendng the benefits of investment in compefitive sports talents in the Yangtze Delta are as follows： the quality and profit distribution of related personnel, the investing direction of funds, the guarantee of funds, strategic selection and the degree of attaching importance to talents. Therefore, it put forward such countermoves as： initiating the cost outlook and benefit outlook of the cultivation of talents of ＂taking increment in ineanae as a first factor and taking decrement in expendimre as fundamental＂; cultivating an investing and funds- collecting meehanisna that was good for fostering competitive sports talents in the Yangtze Delta area, perfecting the system of supervising the investment in the cultivation of competitive sports talents in the Yangtze Delta region; formulating and implementing the policies and measures of eneoaraging social force to foster competitive sports talents, lesding social sports organizations to foster competitive sports talents and establishing an inspiring mechanism of fostering competitive sports talents according to market demands.
