冗余CAN总线远程数据采集系统设计与研究

摘要 CAN总线作为现场总线的一种,已在多个领域得到了广泛的应用和推广。针对各种实时数据采集和传输的需要,设计和实现基于冗余CAN总线网络的远程数据采集传输系统,通过冗余CAN总线网络进行数据交换。采用这种技术很好地解决了总线通信故障问题,提高了通信的可靠性。通过研究远程数据采集器的设计方法、双CAN总线通讯的冗余管理模型,设计了嵌入式冗余CAN总线远程数据采集系统。该系统已在工程实际中进行了应用,并证明是有效的。 As one kind of field bus, CAN bus has been utilized and extended widely in many field. A remote data acquisition system based on embedded redundancy CAN bus is designed and realized aiming at the application of real - time data acquisition and transmission. A redundancy CAN Bus network is utilized to do data exchange in this system. The problem of field bus communication failure is solved and the communication reliability is improved. The design idea of remote data acquisition, redundancy management of CAN bus communication was researched, and remote data acquisition system was designed in this paper. The system has been proved to be efficient in engineering application.
