根据区域的功能定位,以樱桃沟小流域水环境治理为核心,沟内水系为轴线,以行政村落和交通节点为重点,实施近自然式生态治理,实现水土保持、涵养水源、改善生态环境多项目标,并有力地推进和谐新山村的建设,在生态涵养的同时实现区域可持续发展。
