采油射流泵结构优化及参数化造型设计

摘要 参考国外通用射流泵,提出了采油射流泵的结构方案。利用优化设计方法解决了射流泵在油田实际应用中出现的问题,使改进后结构的总体积较前缩小近,完成了基于CADDS5软件的射流泵参数化实体造型,为进一步进行射流泵的制造提供了依据。 We put forward a new kind of mechanical construction for the jet pump by refering to that of foreign company to fulfill the need of production. By optimizing method, several problems for using the jet pump in oil field production are solved and the total size for new type of developed pump has reduced three times compared with traditional one. Finally the parametric entity modeling for jet pump based on CADDS5 is completed and the reliable base for further manufacturing the pump is founded.
