摘要
目的:对变形套管进行整形。方法:通过井下工具的重新设计与改造,采用地面实验及模拟井况实验,经过24组主要参数的针对性实验,取得了φ139.7mm套管规格整形药量的安全有效值区间。结果:研制了过油管爆炸整形套管工艺技术。该工艺能将原有的作业量降低2/3,将原有的单井单点的施工周期5天以上降低为1天。现场应用25井次,成功整形32个变形点。结论:该工艺是一项成本低,作业周期短,施工便捷且有效的大修工艺措施。
Purpose To shape the deformed casing'.Method Safety and effective range of φ139. 7 mm casing shaping explosive quantity was obtained by redesign and reshape the downhole tools, and using ground and imitating well condition tests after 24 group main parameters. Result Have studied the techniques of through-tubing explosive shaping casing. This techniques can decrease 2 / 3 former workover time, and reduce the work period of former mono-well mono-point(usually over 5 days)very much(usually 1 day). Conclusion Test results showed that this techniques was a low costly, short work period and effective well-repaired measures.
