摘要
目的比较牙周一次性治疗和传统牙周治疗的患者满意度,分析其对复诊率的影响。方法选择133例慢性牙周炎患者,随机分成两组,实验组24h内完成全口洁刮治与根面平整,对照组在4周内完成全口洁刮治与根面平整。患者填写满意度调查表。结果操作舒适度和诊疗时间满意度组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),有统计学意义。术后疗效满意度组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论牙周一次性治疗可以使患者在舒适度及诊疗时间方面获得更高的满意度,这样的患者有较好的复诊率。
Objective To compare the patients' satisfaction between full-mouth root planning and quadrant root planning. Method 133 cases of chronic periodontitis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group was treated with cleating and mending root completely within 24 hours; while the control group was treated with traditional method within 4 weeks. Patients filled out a satisfaction questionnaire. Result There was significant difference between the two groups in the satisfaction of treatment time and patients' comfort between the treatment group and the control group (P〈0.01). However, the satisfaction with efficacy of postoperative was of no significance (P〉0.05) in both groups. Conclusion one-stage full-mouth root planning was more effective than standard treatment strategy in patients' satisfaction and referral rate of chronic periodontitis was increased.
