摘要
目的评价颌骨骨折术前牵引后口内切口坚强内固定治疗方法的治疗效果。方法对102例新鲜颌骨骨折患者采用术前牵引后口内进路暴露颌骨骨折部位(除外下颌升支及髁状突骨折)以钛板坚强内固定的方法使骨折段复位固定。结果102例患者101例软组织Ⅰ期愈合,口内咬合关系恢复良好,颌面部外形和咀嚼功能、开口度正常。结论配合术前颌间弹力牵引后口内切口坚强内固定是治疗颌骨骨折的一种适用手术进路。
Objective To evaluate the effects of intraoral incision by rigid internal fixation in treating jaw fracture. Methods Intraoral incision was used to fix 102 cases of jaw fracture with titanium mini-plate and accompanied by the intermaxillary elastic traction before operation that made fracture bone fixed. Results The wounds of soft tissue were healed at primary stage and had normal occlusion and facies in 101cases. Conclusions Intraoral incision by rigid internal fixation after the intermaxillary elastic traction is a suitable way for treating jaw fracture.
