摘要
气体钻井钻遇水层后,当钻屑和水的比例达到一定值时,钻屑就会粘附在钻具和井壁上形成泥饼环,容易引起井下复杂情况或事故。针对目前常用的几种判断地层出水的方法在刚打开水层、出水量较小时无法及时准确判断的问题,提出了在排砂管线上安装湿度传感器,通过监测环空返出气体相对湿度的变化判断地层出水的新方法。在川西多口井的成功应用表明,该方法具有反应快、操作方便等优点,能够及时准确地监测到地层出水(仅需3-4min),为气体钻井的顺利进行提供了安全保障。
During gas drilling, when a water-bearing formation was drilled, cuttings might stick on drill pipe and wellbore and thus form mud-cake-ring, which tend to cause downhole accidents when the volume of cuttings and water reach a certain ratio. When water influx is small, the commonly used methods cannot detect it accurately. Therefore, a new method which monitors the relative humidity of the gas coming from borehole by installing a humidity sensor on sand drain pipe was proposed. Successful applications of this method on wells in west Sichuan show that this method is easy and can measure water influx within 3--4 minutes which provides ensure the gas drilling.
